I’ll update this post as new idiocy becomes available.
The New York Times: “Sebelius Resigns After Troubles Over Health Site.”
“Kathleen Sebelius, the health and human services secretary, is resigning, ending a stormy five-year tenure marred by the disastrous rollout of President Obama’s signature legislative achievement, the Affordable Care Act.”
So it was the disastrous rollout of Obamacare that led to her resignation, not “troubles over” [sic] the site? (And is it just me, or does “Troubles” remind one of Northern Ireland?)
And what’s with the “health site” verbiage? Is this WebMD we’re talking about? No, it’s a government-run “portal,” through which people can obtain health care insurance (sometimes partially-financed by taxpayers) or enroll in Medicaid.
Finally, shouldn’t a government agency be capitalized?
