Your Daily Flaming Dumbass: The Nancinator

Thus spake the lame duck House Speaker:

“There is no question there is a concerted effort to make this a political issue by some. And I join those who have called for looking into how is this opposition to the mosque being funded,” she said. “How is this being ginned up that here we are talking about Treasure Island, something we’ve been working on for decades, something of great interest to our community as we go forward to an election about the future of our country and two of the first three questions are about a zoning issue in New York City.”

But don’t ask who is funding the Cordoba Initiative, or why.

Absolutely incredible. Flaming chutzpah.

Free speech for thee, but not for me, Madame Speaker?

Let me tell you who’s funding me, you arrogant twit: me. I got a degree, got a job, and spend my time and money the way that I feel moved to spend it. Is that OK with you?

When Dems are faced with principled opposition to their weasel words and purportedly well-intentioned abortions of logic and common sense, they use us as a blank multiplex screen to project their own moral decrepitude: obviously the only reason anyone would not sign on to their unicorn dreams and airy bullshit is that said no-accounts are astroturfing money-grubbing shitheels.

Nobody pays me, Madame Speaker, to express my opinions. It could be (just humor me now) that you are completely out of touch with (1) reality, (2) the preponderance of American opinion, and (3) with how completely idiotic and tone-deaf you present yourself on a daily–nay, hourly–basis.

It will give so many of us so much pleasure to wrest that gavel from your unworthy, grasping hands.

And it will be done–of that, have no doubt whatsoever, Madame Speaker.
